The 5 pillars
The problem of not having good rest seriously affected my daily activities. I felt tired, sore and listless during the day. I no longer had 100% energy. I wanted to make the most of my days, but I was having trouble falling asleep or falling asleep quickly because I was tired.
I decided to study all aspects of sleep. I met doctors, physiotherapists and athletic trainers. I wanted to understand how professional athletes get their performances and their victories. I wanted to understand how they managed to undergo intense training routines and deal with challenges. I had to change my way of thinking to perfect the behaviors that have allowed me to profoundly improve the quality of my nights and days.
I thus elaborated and shaped the 5 pillars of sleep and the 5-Step method, developed as a result of my long study and analysis of sleep. The method makes use of the most modern scientific research and, if put into practice constantly, allows you to improve your general physical and mental conditions.
